PHC offers a range of youth and children’s teams starting from age 4 and up. Some age groups feature two teams, divided based on birth year. These teams are named Blacks and Whites.

Occasionally, depending on team numbers and individual skill levels, a player may be asked to join a different group. This decision is always made with the child’s development in mind — whether they show advanced skill for their age or could benefit from extra time to develop foundational abilities, similar to progression models used in schools.
